SUMMARY:Clay Hand Building: Create a Pumpkin Patch!
DESCRIPTION:Create your own custom pumpkin patch out of clay with the Bees! We will teach you the technique of crafting and building clay pumpkins for beautiful décor for your home\, office\, or to give as a hostess gift. Patterns and designs can be added to the clay to create the most beautiful effects. Pumpkins can be painted at the event or painted after fired (best look). \nFor $29 you will receive a pound of clay to work with\, make 1 large pumpkin or several smaller sized pumpkins. Additional clay can be purchased during the class if desired. \nClay does have a longer drying process than pottery\, it will be available for pick up or painting approximately 10 days after the class. DESCRIPTION:Spend 3 consecutive Tuesdays at Busy Bees learning everything from throwing to attachments and everything in between! Perfect your throwing motion and create multiple pieces of pottery. Choose from the 4pm afternoon class time or the 6pm evening class time below..\n\nEach week you will spend time on the wheel with a Busy Bees instructor one-on-one. Throughout the weeks you will progress to more in-depth creations as you learn more about the art of wheel throwing.\n\nAt the end of your 3 weeks\, you will end up with between 3 – 6 pieces which Busy Bees will kiln fire you. It’s sure to be a HOOT! \nThe bobble heads will be available to take home approximately two weeks after the Kid’s Night Out event. \nMinimum participant age is 6 years old. Child must be potty-trained\, be able to follow instructions\, and have completed at least one (1) year of kindergarten (grade school). *This is a drop off workshop.
