Busy Bees is an upbeat, high energy, fast paced art studio located in Mentor, Ohio. We are seeking a new team member looking for full or part-time hours  with evening, weekend, and holiday availability. The studio is closed on New Year’s Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

The best candidate for this position is a high school graduate with retail experience (management/key holder status preferred), isn’t afraid of taking on a varied workload (you can truly multi-task), can meet deadlines, and loves working with people of all ages.

Please keep in mind that artistic education and background are not required for this position. A passion for the arts is. Training is provided in all areas. You will be working in a fast-paced, creative environment with customers of all ages; we are most interested in your professional background, ambitions and your enthusiasm in helping our studio visitors create projects they enjoy making.

Both the undersigned and Busy Bees Pottery & Arts Studio may end the employment relationship at any time, without specified notice or reason. If employed, I understand that the Company may unilaterally change or revise their benefits, policies and procedures and such changes include reduction in benefits. I authorize investigation of all statements contained in this application. I understand that the misrepresentation or omission of facts called for is cause for dismissal at any time without any previous notice. I hereby give the Company permission to contact schools, previous employers (unless otherwise indicated), references and others, and hereby release the Company from any liability as a result of such contract. I further understand that my employment with the Company shall be probationary for a period of sixty (60) days, and further that any time during the probationary period or thereafter, my employment relationship with the Company is terminable at will for any reason by either party.
