Book Your BYOB Night Out Party!

Reservations Required. $50 is due at time of reservation (This is your non-refundable studio fee). Party starts at time booked. If party has not started 30-minutes after scheduled start time, Busy Bees reserves the right to cancle your party without refund. Booking fee will only be credited if cancelled two weeks prior to event via email to mentor@busybeesart.com. Party can be rescheduled ONCE without losing booking fee. Cash or card are the only payment types acceptend the night of event. (We do not accept checks, money orders, or Venmo at this time).
You may bring in any outside food & drink that you wish. We do not supply paper/food products. You may decorate with balloons and table cloths as you like, as long as the decorations are removed when you leave. NO PINATAS, NOISE/CONFETTI POPPERS ALLOWED.
ADULT BYOB (and other NON Kid party package parties): Adult After Hours Parties are 2 hours long. We require $29 per person (Minimum of 10 people) paid at least 4 days before event through our private sign up link. If project chosen the night of is over $29, the difference will be paid that night. If project chosen is under $29, no change is given. All attendees must participate and all attendees must pay through the link (including the host). If you have less than ten people, you must still meet the $290 minimum. Refunds are not be given once attendees register for this event.
KIDS PARTY PACKAGES: If you are booking a child's birthday party package after hours, your party is 2 hours long. $300 Party packages are charged at the rate of up to 10 kids (including the birthday child) Package price is not lowered if you have less than ten painters. It is $24 per child after the ten. Party package prices are non-negotiable. If you select a $250 party package you will still be charged for the rate of a $300 package. Party parent is responsible for picking up all pottery pieces and distributing on their own.
SCOUT PARTY: If you are booking a Girl Scout or Boy Scout party, your party is 1.5 hours long. Troop leader is responsible for picking up all finished pottery or clay and distributing. Pricing depends on package chosen.

Reservations Required. $50 Studio Rental Fee due upon reservation. The party room is reserved for the time designated per your reservation. Failure to leave the party room promptly will result in charges for additional party room time at the rate of $35 per hour.

* Canvas and Board Art parties must pick their design and pre-pay 4 days in advance.

*Party may be converted to a table reservation or rescheduled if minimum number of attendees is not met. Note: Alcohol and food is not permitted with table reservations. Table reservations do not extend past standard studio hours.
